Regulation

1. The reception is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. On arrival, guests are kindly requested to leave their vehicles in the car park and walk down to the campsite to choose a suitable pitch. They should then return to the reception to communicate the number of the chosen pitch and hand in their identity documents for check-in. The pitch may be changed only with permission of the management and after showing campsite pass and not more than two times. The camping rate is charged per night and the entire amount must be settled on departure. If the time of departure is after 12.00 noon, an extra night will be charged. 
The cash desk is open from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. 
Guests must leave the accommodation units by 10.00 a.m. and the keys must be returned to the reception desk. 

2. Visitors must enter the campsite on foot, after having handed in an identity document at the reception desk. Should the visit last more than half an hour, they will be charged the daily guest rate. Visits from 8.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m. 

3. Vehicles must be parked inside the pitch boundaries. The maximum speed allowed inside the campsite is 10 Km/hr. Circulation is forbidden between 11 .00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. 

4. Motorbikes may enter the campsite only after having turned off the engine. 

5. Dogs must always be kept on the leash and dog-owners are fully responsible for them. 

6. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, at the swimming-pool and in the toilets or showers. Dog-owners must clean up the excrements of their dogs and may use the area reserved for dogs above the car park. 

7. Motor boats may approach the bathing area marked by the buoys, only after turning off the engine. The bathing area and the beach must be kept clear of boats or trailers. 

8. Guests are requested to be silent between 11 .00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m.. During this time it is forbidden to put up or take down tents and all kinds of noise must be avoided. Radio and television sets must be turned off and noisy gatherings are strictly forbidden. 

9. The cleanliness and hygiene of the campsite, as well as that of the toilets and showers, must be respected by all. Chemical toilets and other types of toilets must be emptied in the special WC disposals located at each toilet unit; they should never be emptied into the drinking-water drains or into the grids. 

10. It is forbidden to pour any liquids onto the roots of the plants. All guests are requested to respect the nature. 

11. For environmental protection reasons, guests are kindly requested to limit the use of detergents as well as that of water and electric power. 

12. It is forbidden to feed swans and ducks: this is harmful for their health and pollutes the lake. 

13. The separation of waste is mandatory and it has to be disposed of in the appropriate containers between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.. Crush cartons, cans and plastic bottles to save space. 

14. Compensation will be charged for damage or theft of property belonging to the campsite. The management declines all responsibility for theft or damage to cars, tents, boats or other property belonging to campsite guests.
